Inclusion Criteria: * Age (18-60) yrs. * Both sexes. * Patients with IBD either in active form or in remission. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with ischemic heart disease. -Patients with other comorbidities affecting heart as uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes. - * Pregnant females. * Malignancy
